Porous Blade

This is a knife with a porous blade where air pressure prevents contact with the product to be processed. In the dough processing industry, dough often sticks to the blades. This results in less clean cuts and extra cleaning time. A 3D printed porous knife blade provides a tighter cutting surface and the knife no longer needs to be cleaned.
