Dough Knife

Manufactured conventionally, a dough knife consists of more than 20 parts. Because it comes into contact with dough, the blade has to be cleaned regularly, leading to the knife being out of use at times. The new design for a dough knife consists of just one part, containing a porously printed blade (that doesn’t need to be cleaned), a leaf spring, and printed wires. This is a prime example of the benefits of 3D metal printing.
